The workhorse of custom printing, from 6-ounce heavyweights to featherweight triblends

The T-shirt is the workhorse of custom printing, and it starts with weight and hand. A 6-ounce heavyweight like the Gildan Ultra Cotton® gives screen printers a dense, stable surface that holds thick ink deposits and hard-edged spot color. A fine jersey from American Apparel or LAT runs lighter and smoother, suited to soft-hand plastisol, water-based ink, and detailed DTG work. Triblends drape closer to the body and take discharge and DTF beautifully, though polyester content calls for lower cure temperatures and dye-migration awareness. Ringspun cotton means a tighter knit and a cleaner print; open-end cotton means economy at volume.

This collection holds 783 styles. Heavy cotton staples from Gildan. Fine jersey from LAT and American Apparel, cut for adults and youth alike. Triblends from Next Level. Premium midweights from Independent Trading Co. Every weight, fiber, and fit a decorator reaches for — cataloged in one place, ready to specify.
