Screen printing
Good
Prints well with a low-bleed ink system made for polyester; standard plastisol can dye-migrate.
- Dye-migration risk on polyester content — use a low-bleed or poly-specific ink system and cure at lower temperatures.
- Textured fleece surface — expect some ink gain; a higher-mesh screen and an underbase help keep edges clean.
- Stretch content — use an ink with good elongation to avoid cracking.
DTF transfer
