Performance polyester is built for movement: it wicks, dries fast, and survives industrial laundering. Teams, jobsites, and summer uniforms live in it.
Decoration-wise it is the most opinionated fabric here: low-bleed screen inks, tested DTF, no DTG — every product page below carries those ratings.
How to choose
- Pair polyester with low-bleed ink systems or DTF from the first quote.
- For sublimation programs, this is the fabric — in light colors.
What goes wrong
- Standard plastisol on bright polyester — dye migration is a when, not an if.
